ANTICIPATED ADMINISTRATIVE OPENING
12 month position, valid PA Administrative/Supervisor certification required. Must be knowledgeable about best instructional practices and data application. Positive behavior management experience a plus. Refer to WASD website for job description. Salary based on experience.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS NEEDED
ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE WINDBER AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING UP TO DATE CLEARANCES BEFORE WORKING WITH OUR STUDENTS. CLEARANCES MUST BE UPDATED EVERY FIVE YEARS ONCE EMPLOYED BY OUR DISTRICT. ALL COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS MUST ALSO OBTAIN CLEARANCES AND UPDATE THEM EVERY FIVE YEARS.
All employees of Windber Area School District must provide the following documentation prior to the first day of employment:
State Police Clearance (Act 34)
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
FBI Fingerprints (Act 114)
School Health Record - includes physical & TB test from within a year
Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report (This form is provided in the employment packet)
PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release- A separate form must be completed for:
1. Current employer; and
2. All former employers that were school entities; and
3. All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
