Get Ready for the Solar Eclipse: Limited Supply of Sunglasses Available for Elementary Students!

Dear Families,

I wanted to follow up on the email I sent last month regarding the eclipse.  On behalf of the district, I want to ensure that our elementary students can enjoy this extraordinary event safely. To enhance their viewing experience, we're offering a limited supply of sunglasses for those who wish to have their child equipped for the ride home during the eclipse!  Special thanks to SMP Asphalt and Petrunak and Company for their incredibly kind donation!!!!!

How to Obtain Sunglasses for Your Child:

  1. Complete the Form: To reserve a pair of sunglasses for your elementary child, please complete the brief form provided. The form must be submitted by noon on Friday, April 5, 2024. You can access the form by clicking here.

  2. Provide Necessary Details: We'll ask for basic information such as your child's name and grade to ensure we have the appropriate sunglasses for them.

  3. Pick-Up Information: After collecting responses, we'll organize the distribution of sunglasses and provide the glasses directly to your child before boarding their bus to go home for the day.
