Guidance Class Objectives
Students will use past experiences and personality styles to evaluate their goals and plan for their final year. Students will define their goals and prepare for next year’s challenges. Students will focus on their college search and learn special application procedures. Students will prepare their applications and track important deadlines. Students will learn how to build confidence in their ability to communicate effectively.	Students will recognize the importance of financial planning and learn how to make education affordable. Students will find productive ways to channel their energy as they wait for news from colleges/military/employment. Students will prepare for next year’s adventure and enjoy their last year of high school. Students will recognize the value of education and learn ways they can personalize their experience. Students will find ways to balance activities to make the most of their school experience and manage their transition into employment/military/college.
