I am proud to share with you the Annual State of the District Report for the Windber Area School District. This report is prepared each year as a way to keep our families, staff, and community informed about the important work taking place across our schools.
The State of the District Report highlights key accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and challenges, and it also outlines my Superintendent Goals and their attainment for this year. These goals reflect our commitment to academic excellence, staff development, school safety, community partnership, and sound financial stewardship.
At Windber, I believe that communication, transparency, and trust are critical to the success of our district. By sharing this report, my goal is to ensure that all families and community members have a clear understanding of the progress we are making and the work we are doing to strengthen our schools.
