Graduate Transcript Request
Graduates of Windber Area High School may request to have their transcript sent to a college, university, employer, or to the graduate. Official copies will be sent in a sealed envelope. Graduate transcript forms can be found below. Click on the "Online Submission" link to send your request online. Click the "Download graduate transcript form" to download the form and send it to Windber Area High School, 2301 Graham Avenue, Windber, PA 15963 ATTN: Counseling Office. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. Same day pick ups cannot be honored.
