Community Connection - Superintendent's Reports/Updates/News

I am excited to announce that we will be using SMORE to provide monthly updates about various events happening in the District. This monthly communication will be used as my Superintendent Report and be referred to as “Community Connection.” This monthly update is designed to complement the various sources and modes of communication.

SMORE is a digital platform that allows us to easily share information and updates in a visually appealing and easy-to-read format. By utilizing SMORE, we hope to increase our communication with families and keep everyone up to date on important news and events happening in the District.

In addition, we will be lessening the use of District text messaging as one of our main methods of communication. While text messaging is an effective way to quickly disseminate information, we want to reserve this option for more heightened issues such as school closings or emergency notifications. By reducing the number of text messages sent, we hope to minimize disruptions to your daily routine while still ensuring that you receive important updates in a timely manner.
