Position Overview

The Director of Education will oversee all academic programs, manage faculty, and ensure high-quality educational experiences for students. This role requires strategic leadership, curriculum development expertise, and a strong understanding of educational policies and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with state and national standards.
• Supervise faculty, provide professional development, and ensure instructional excellence.
• Monitor student performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program offerings and student success.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and program assessment.

 

Qualifications:

• Educational Leadership Degree
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in education administration.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania state education policies and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and faculty management.
