SHORT SIGHTED

Jay Shaffer a former WAHS student and video production specialist will be screening his Short Film titled, "Short-Sighted" in our auditorium on Friday evening. The film is a fictional narrative that tells the story of a young man named Will who endures more struggles on a daily basis than most do in a lifetime. The idea of the project was to highlight the importance of mental health awareness and draw attention to the idea of reaching out to people; even if you do not know them well. The screening is open to the public. Please see the attached for more information.
There is a $5 entry fee, with children under $10 admitted free. Proceeds will be donated to Windber Area School District Counseling Services.
