The Windber Area School District partners with Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and St. Francis University to provide its students with the ability to achieve college credits while attending high school. The Dual Enrollment program allows high school students the opportunity to enroll in college level courses and to receive both college and high school credit for that course work. Students who participate in Dual Enrollment are responsible for the submission of applications, transcripts and other required documentation to have credit awarded.
